Its location was particularly good: relatively close to a Roman Catholic church. The staff was extremely friendly and best to chat with. The neighbourhood was safe.

We had a perfect stay in Negombo close enough to beach, local attractions such as the fish market and cafes, restaurants and things to do. Service was very good as was the late check-out experience. En suite bathroom was fairly clean. We spent evenings admiring sea views.

We really enjoyed the trip here. Room was a nice size and well-appointed with a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a sitting area. Had a bidet.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of staff service, especially towards our young son. They were polite, helpful, and made him feel special. The pool area was well-suited for both couples and families. The apartment had a spacious balcony overlooking the sea, a fully-equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light. The comfortable couch made us feel at home after months of travel. The TV had a good selection of English channels. The facilities were excellent, with a new building right on the beach and a beautiful beachfront restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, organizing transportation and even surprising us with a cake for our anniversary. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and the ocean views were breathtaking.

We felt extremely satisfied with our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

We really enjoyed to be there, spent 3 good nights overall. Staff was accommodating and caring despite our late arrival. It was located in a great area really close to all the restaurants.

place was excellent and decent and right next to lake boat safari. the room was bright, provided with fabulous views and wonderful view. a bidet, a walk-in shower and dryers were available here. its location was marvellous, near international airport, a church and the beach.

Loved this place, I recommend to all. The location it offers is perfect and nice right by shops and restaurants, the beach, restaurants & tourist shops and a church who rang bells at 5:30am. Plus it was located close to the airport as well.

The best part of our Easter weekend stay was the fantastic pool and the spacious apartments. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and provided a great place to relax and cool off in the hot weather. The apartments were large and had everything we needed, including two bathrooms which was a real bonus. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.

The worst aspect of our stay was the noise from the nearby church. The bells and singing woke us up at 5am every morning, which was quite frustrating, especially when we wanted to sleep in.
